Living in the Weight Loss Extremes Breakthrough Session With Sarah
Today's weight and food breakthrough session is with Sarah. We discussed her lifelong battle with weight and food. Sarah mentions that she finds herself "not trying" to lose weight in between dieting bouts. She feels guilt for not putting more effort into losing weight but when she sets up a routine for herself she just can't seem to follow it.
She said that she is the type of person that lives in extremes. She's either following a plan and being "good" or doing nothing at all. She wants to live in that grey but doesn't see how.
We discussed how to fix this so she actually implements all the things she wants to live a fulfilling and authentic life in her ideal body. And it's counter to what the rest of the world says.
