Dr. Michelle Thompson is a national cornhole commentator, confidence & connection coach, and creator of the HUMAN™ Framework: A psychology-backed model that helps people show up as the best version of themselves, especially when the pressure rises.

She earned her doctorate researching social connectedness and how play helps people reconnect to themselves, their bodies, and each other.
